What is your return policy?

If the product did not fulfill your expectations please contact us and tell us what went wrong, please send along a picture and we will find the best solution for you, email us your request at info@southluna.com
Our policy only applies if inquiries are receipt within 10 days upon delivery of your order.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order -- if it is the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us within 10 days upon receipt of your order, send along a picture and we will offer you the best solution possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancelations are possible if they are done within 8 hours from the moment the order was submitted, please contact us specifying the reason of your cancellation and we will process it accordingly. Cancellations will not apply if the order has already been processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to decline a refund depending on the refund reason, the buyer will be responsible of shipping cost to return unwanted products.
